Please Help! I am a few days from booking my FP+....and need instructions for dummies ;)

Although I have been to Disney many times...this will be my first time making FP+ reservation and I am feeling anxious! I have 7 people going (one under age 3) on two different reservations. I already linked our MDE accounts, have picked our rides, and done some research. ....But I am still nervous and would LOVE some detailed instructions!!

Here is an example of an itinerary I would like to book:
FP#1 Mission space for 4 people
and Turtle talk for 2 people

FP#2 The seas with Nemo 6 people

FP#3 Test track 3 people
Soarin 3 people

Not to confuse you, but, are you planning to use Rider Swap for height-restricted rides? After the initial set of people ride via FP, 3 people ride on the Swap.

I would book all 6 for Test Track and all 6 for Mission Space.

After that Epcot day is confirmed, go in and Modify to the 3 for Soarin and then confirm. Then return to Modify and change 2 from Mission Space to Turtle Talk.

Yes, I do plan to use rider swap. Thank you very much! That's kind of what I was wondering...If I could make three for Soarin and three for Test track or if I needed to make them all the same and then modify.
