Please help...hotel

We are currently booked in WDW with our timeshare but think it will be much easier if we stay near universal with shuttles and stuff. The onsites are too expensive for us. We checked out the values that were listed on Universals site , but my aunt lives in the area and said some are dumps. We decided to try a moderate which are very budget friendly for us. Has anyone stayed at any of theese and need feedback. I will be traveling with Children and am looking to stay at resort some days tto relax.
