Hi y'all, this is my first time posting here and I apologize if I'm not in the right place. I need some help. My family is going to WDW for the first time in December, and I'm having issues trying to find food everyone can eat. I personally don't eat much meat (I will if I have to but I prefer not to as it makes me a bit sick), my father has stomach ulcers and can't do greasy/spicy foods and is also a bit lactose intolerant, and my mom likes flavorful food that isn't classic "oh, we're at a theme park" meals- so trying to exist purely on pb&j's is out. For the most part, when I'm scanning the menus or watching reviews, I'm seeing a lot of meat/grease/melted cheese/sugar, none of which sits super well in our stomachs. And I would truly love to be able to function on funnel cakes and slushies for the entire trip, but that seems a bit out of reach.
What are some favorite places to eat at or favorite snacks/meals of yours in WDW that aren't greasy/meaty/sugar bombs? We will be visiting Epcot/Hollywood/Magic Kingdom/ Animal Kingdom on various days, so suggestions across the park would be appreciated.
Thank you!
Edit to add on- Should have specified, we're looking for mostly QS locations in the parks. Also, thank you so much to everyone that has commented! I really appreciate the help and am starting to feel less like I'll end up starving my way through WDW

. And if it's not cheese, it's cream. Not to mention, it'll be a heavy cuisine
