PLease help and give advice on my PS's

Can someone please look over my plans for our May trip?

We will be flying down on Friday eve (5/6) and flying home Friday evening (5/13) I know, I know Friday the 13th, I'm trying to ignore this especially since we fly stand by!

The group is my wonderful husband that surprised me with this trip for Mother's Day(and I have to add decided to tell me about it 2 weeks ago so I could "you know do that planning thing").
DS who is almost 5 and DD who is almost 3.
Oh and me the mom and wife and disney maniac (not in my own mind though, in there I am totally normal and a supermodel)

Okay, if anyone is still reading tthis:

Oh we are staying at Pop Century.

Saturday:
mk day
4:30 1900 Park Fare

Sunday:
epcot
9am Mother's day brunch

7pm Storybook dinner at Akerhush

Monday:
MK
4:50 Crystal Palace dinner

Tuesday:
AK

10:20am Restrauntsaurus

Wednesday:
DS
6p Hollywood and Vine

Thursday:

I don't really know yet, we (me) haven't decided what park to do and we don't do hopping so someone please make a suggestion! I guess it's between mk and ds so I will choose betwen LTT and Sci Fi.

Friday:
The 13th

Looks great. We'll be there in May at the Pop as well, but we don't arrive until the 11th. However, your PS's look great. I have a lot of the same restaurants on my list. We have both the LTT and Sci-Fi. Sci-Fi has a better atmosphere whereas LTT has better food, so I guess it's whatever you prefer and what park you happen to be in. I think you're set!

Looks good to me! Not overwhelming at all and good hours as well. Have fun! And if I were you, I would wait maybe on making those Thursday PSs until you get there and know which park you want to go to, as you might change your mind after having hit them all.

Looks GREAT!!! Lots of character meals, just like us!!!

My two older DD's (16 and 14) would probably choose Sci-Fi, but I bet my two little ones (9 and 8) would choose LTT!!
