Please help a noob find a Veterans Day Pin

I was at Disney last week and I was looking for a Veterans Day Pin. I was told that it had Chip & Dale and it looked like it was a dog tag with American flag on it.

I only collect pins with American flags on them so if anyone can help me let me know.
