Please help - 5/13 - 5/20 which parks which days

We are going to be arriving early morning on Friday 5/13 (staying at POP) and will be leaving on 5/21. Therefore, I am trying to plan which parks which days for Friday 5/13 - Friday, 5/20. We have three children DS 14, DD 11, and DD 8. We were at Disney once before and our favorite parks were MK, and MGM. We also enjoyed Blizzard Beach and this year want to try Typhoon Lagoon and also go back to Blizzard Beach. We do want to make a trip to Disney Quest. We will probably spend 1/2 day at AK, and 1 day at Epcot. We are undecided about purchasing Park Hopper passes. PLEASE, PLEASE, any suggestions!!

Those are almost my exact dates. We are going 5/13-5/22. I am going to wait until a little closer to time to start planning what park when. I am afraid they will change around the EMH. They haven't been real consistent with it lately. We also loved BB & can't wait to go back.
