Please give ideas on birthday gift for DH

I am wracking my brain and it hurts. Any ideas? He is a volunteer fireman, into music (listening), and likes to watch tv. Already bought him an MP3 player, small home theatre system, GPS, small weather indicator. He already has a scanner for listening to weather & firehouse activity. I was going to look into a new digital camera, but he wants a 5 megapixel and that is out of my price range. I was thinking something electronic, but can't find anything new and improved. He doesn't go anywhere that would warrant a travel dvd player...we already have PS2 and color gameboy (which he doesn't play much)....Please help....

How about a TIVO for cable or Direct TV, or a PVR for Dish Network. For the latest and greatest for Dish Network, a Hi-Def Recorder. This is one thing that I could not live without. No more commercials for me!
