Please give feedback on park day choices

Please help with our choices of park days. We have 2 littles and expect they’ll be ready to head back to the resort by lunch. Seeing Goofy and Toy Story are the priority. We’ll be there the week after Thanksgiving, have Hopper tickets and staying at a Deluxe resort. Here’s the tentative plan:

Wednesday: MK
Thursday: Epcot
Friday: Hollywood
Saturday: Hollywood
Sunday: Animal Kingdom
Monday: MK

So many attractions at Hollywood Studios have height requirements that I'm not sure you will want two days there, unless the adults want to do most of those attractions.

If the kids are into seeing characters (especially princesses), you may find that you want two days at Epcot. Epcot has a number of attractions with no height requirements (Finding Nemo, Living with the Land, Journey into Imagination, P:ixar Shorts 3D, Spaceship Earth, Gran Fiesta Tour, Frozen Ever After). And Epcot covers a lot more ground than Hollywood Studios does.

Since you are staying Deluxe, you are eligible for Extra Evening Hours, so you might want to wait and see when those will be (unlesss you know for sure that you don't want to take advantage of them).
