...but what :confused3 do I do with the cardboard strips that come with packages of refill pages for top loading scrapbooks :confused3 ???
I am assuming they are spacers....

With a package of 6 pages I received 1 - with a package of 25, I received 6.....so where do they go???

Thanks for answering what is a very basic question..... :teacher:

Oh oh oh... I know this one!!

The only problem is I am HORRIBLE at describing things. Okay, so let me try... you know when you fill a book and the pages fan out (when your book is upright?) Well, if you place the cardboard strips (as evenly as possible) between your layouts, it will minimize that.

So instead of looking like this... \\ll//... it will look like this... lllll

Make sense???

Hahahhahhahah....yes, perfectly....great visual!

This is my first "book" - the 40 pages of my Disney Cruise are in a 3 ring binder style book....so I think I will separate every 7 pages in a 40 page book...is that about right?

I wouldn't think on a 3ring binder you would need them as much... more so for a postbound book... but it won't hurt to try.

Whew... I'm glad I did good... ROFL!!

Made sense to me!

On a 3 ring its not as bad as the binder is hinged to fall at an angle naturally but with a flat cover it pulls it more because there isnt that hinge to adjust to angles

The 3 ring binder style doesn't need them...it is the post bound top loader I just got!!! Which is my first of this kind of book I am using,,,,as I have only been scrapping since December...so see, I am confusing YOU
