Please explain the Puddle Club on CD....

I looked under the tab "Puddle Club" today and it says this:

Level 1 (250 points needed)
Sign up for Puddle Club emails
Get on the Puddle Club email list! You will receive an email approximately once a week listing the new offers from the previous week, and advance notification of upcoming contests.


My question is: Do you have to spend 250 points to join? Or is it available after you've reached that level?

I'm afraid to press the "redeem" button if it means it'll take away that many points.

I think that means you give up the 250 feathers. Not quite worth it IMO but then again I don't think I"ll ever get near 250 feathers.

No you don't give up feathers. It just means you have to earn 250 points which is $250 dollars to join. Nothing is deducted from your account balance.

thanks for clearing that up. When I've read it before it sounds like it will cost you 250 feathers.

Is it 250 feathers that you currently have or have earned throughout your time there (ie does cashing out set you back??)

It's actually $250 dollars not feathers. So once you reach $250 total you can redeem for the puddle club. Cash outs don't matter it's account balance during your time at CD.

I have another question.

I just signed up for the Puddle club and had 550+ points and now it shows only 300+ points. So it deducted the 250 points.

What else are those points redemable for? Can you convert them to cash or prizes? Just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.

As far as I know, at this point, the "points" are only good for the Puddle Club. I think she just does the points to track your total earnings so you'll know when you can be a member of the Puddle Club. There is nothing else you can do with them right now.
