What do you do with your "dry bags" that you get as Castaway club gifts? We have a couple of the gold level ones (blue and yellow) and now a Destiny one. The gold level ones have the plastic lining and they zip shut. They aren't very big. We used it at the beach once for things like phones, glasses.

The one from the Destiny is all plastic and it doesn't close at all. No zipper or snaps. We almost used it for beach day and then realized that it didn't close and would be full of sand.
I saw some guy walking with it rolled up and attached to the tote bag that it came with. He looked like he knew what he was doing and I've never been able to figure it out. How do you use these things?

We love the blue/yellow ones. We keep 3 with microfiber dry towels and it’s perfect to take to waterparks etc. wonderful to send with the kid for water days at school etc.

I do not have any of the Castaway Club wet/dry bags but as the mom of a 5 year old, I purchased wet/dry bags for our diaper bag when my son was a baby. As a parent, these bags are great for storing wet/soiled clothes and a change of clothes.

How does this translate for cruise ships guests? These bags are great for storing wet things in them. The premise is that they hold the wet in do it doesn't get on any of your other belongings. These bags would be great to store a wet bathing suit if you changed clothes away from your stateroom or if your bathing suit doesn't have time to dry before you need to pack up and head home from the cruise. Depending on the size you could also stick a water bottle in the bag to safeguard against leaks.

There is no right or wrong way to use the bags though. Whatever works for you is correct!

We have a couple of Gecko brand string backpack style dry bags that have a top like your Destiny bag. They are great for excursions where you might get wet. You can put your phones, clothes, towel or whatever you want to stay dry in the bag, roll it shut and your stuff won’t get wet. We bought ours for Alaska to protect our stuff in case of rain, but they are great for warm weather cruises with water based excursions. I also take mine to the pool deck.
