Please explain SW

Hi I purchased SW tickets two weeks ago at 107.00 if I can now get it for cheaper with SW what happens to the already purchased tickets.
Thanks for your help.

Flying out of Buffalo is great. Small Airport. We have stayed at a hotel across the street and just done a park and fly, they will shuttle you across the street to the airport. Holiday Inn Express is very nice.

What has worked for me is I cancelled my more expensive ticket, and rebooked. Then called 214-792-4223 and requested a refund to my credit card.

I have done this twice once when booking through SW directly and the other was all over the internet then I just called for the refund.

Don't take the first response which is usually you have to apply it to future travel or that they will refund after you fly. This has never happened to me I have always gotten the refund my first attempt but others have gotten these replies and jsut called back and gotten the refund... Maybe it depends on which person you get on the other line but it has always worked for me.

Just so I have it straight. You cancel your existing booking before you book the DING rates.

or

Can you book the DING rate then cancel you existing booking.

I would be scared to cancel my flight and then find out I was too late for the DING offer?

I would kinda have 2 screens open.

Use one to start the new ressie while I cancelled the old one on the other, as to complete the new ressie you will need the code to transfer funds already paid.

I know it is confusing and I hope that helps a bit
