please explain DA crediting

It's nice to see DA back up again. but I noticed that I had about 100 points less now then before it went down so I checked my balance and now I'm really confused

I have x amout of points in awards subtotal and the same amount in the column marked awards available
and awards available for cashout this amount is slightly lower I'm sooo confused please help!!

I am missing over 200 points, in my whole family we are missing nearly 500 points???

I just looked at my total and im missing something like 70 points. Im hoping that they get this corrected. Im still waiting for them to figure out the points from the last quarter. Computers can be so tempermental.

I'm in good company with this I thought I was the inly one
and since I'm not real good with computers it wouldn't surprise me!!

I guess I should email Kris if its not fixed soon
