Please don't shoot me for asking...BUT will there be any soft openings Space Mtn?

I know...this has been probably the most asked question on the board...but any new information on whether or not there will be soft openings for Space Mountain. I know the official opening is July 17th, but I remember when Mission Space opened in WDW it had soft openings almost 2 months prior....

We will be there June 27-July 3rd and my 10 yr. old son would love to ride!!!!

Thought I had read here in the last month or so that the official opening was July 15?? I'll do a quick search and post a link if I am correct.......P

July 15 is the official opening, but I've heard that CM previews should be happening in late June and public previews should begin in early July. Don't know if they'll start by the 3rd, though. I also heard the press got to ride it on May 4th.

We'll be there June 29 - July 3 so we're hoping for a soft opening as well!

They had an AP only preview for Snow White Musical....I cannot imagine that they won't be doing the same thing for Space Mountain.

Its a long shot, but we'll be there June 14th - 23rd. I'm guessing chances of it running then are slim, but you never know
