...but I just finished my Christmas shopping. Yes, I am proud of myself. If I don't have it by now, I don't need it. I plan on spending the next ten days just chillin. Yeah, right, like that's going to happen.

I went today and almost finished up myself. The crowds weren't that bad, I had great luck finding everything I wanted to get.

I am down to just a gift card for the mail lady, a fruit basket (to go along with the restaurant gift certificate I picked up today) for the in-laws, one more small gift for son-in-law, and another book for one of the grandsons.

My goal is to be able to say that tomorrow. If not tomorrow then Sunday noon at the latest. That still gives me a week to rest, bake, relax, etc.

My DSIL wins. She was done WEEKS ago and everything is wrapped and distributed to the appropriate houses ie her mom's and my mom's. I told her on the phone last night that she makes me sick

Done, wrapped, and mailed. Today I baked chocolate chip cookies and tomorrow I am making pizzelles. And one of my presents arrived today and I am wearing it right now.

I'm done as well. I took a seasonal job at Macy's so weeks ago I did a lot of shopping during the Biggest One Day Sale. They scheduled extra discount day during that so I got my 25% employee discount plus an extra 10% employee discount on top of all the sales. I did 3/4ths of my shopping for under $100!! Then I picked up a few more things Black Friday, and a couple George Foreman's last week (3 for about $13 after my discounts!!!) and I'm done! Got all of Christmas done for under $200! And I look very generous, LOL!

Just have to finish wrapping. I need some "grown up" paper, LOL!
