I keep reading how great this is. What is it? Any pictures? What else is good at the French Bakery? Thanks for replies.

I didn't take a picture of the napoleons, but here are some examples of what the French bakery has to offer. My DD14 HAS to have a strawberry tart each trip. I also like the chocolate croissant and the apple tart.

Thanks Maggie for the awsome pics. I hope someone out there can still me what a Napoleon is, but now I want one of those fabulous creme puffs. 22 more days of eating healthy so I can really enjoy Disney when I get there!

Napolean is similar to the cream puff in ingredients- but much thinner- it is multiple layers of that delicious flakey pastry and layers of the cream. (like a lasagna) The pastry layers are paper thin and then cream between them. about 4 layers.

Ahh, but the Napoleon at France Pavilion is stuffed with custard, not whipped cream, which is why it is so awesome. I've developed a ritual: just before Illuminations starts, I have to have a Napoleon to munch on while watching. They really are to die for!
