I cheated and asked DH rather than look it up in my old college texts. He's says:

CB = m*sin(40deg)
AC = m*cos(40deg)

What? Did your ruler break or something That's what I did when I couldn't figure it out. I am sure there will be plenty of help here but until it arrives, check the textbook manufacturers website to see if they have a sample problem that will help. That is the only help I can offer.
