We are going to Disney for the first time in January 2014. :yay: I have booked everything, but I want to do the wishes dessert party as well and wondering what reservation I should change to fit it in. We are going to be at Magic Kingdom on the 24th, 29th and 31st. I figured I would change one of the reservations to breakfast instead of dinner. Which one do you think would be best?

Also, I have been wondering if I should keep Crystal Palace or change it to Chef Mickey. Finally, we have category 2 seating for the Hoop Dee Doo Review. Should I see if I can get 3 instead? Thanks for any help.

Jan. 24th - Crystal Palace - 6:30 pm
Jan. 25th - Tusker House Restaurant - 1:35 pm
Jan. 26th - Hollywood and Vine (Fantasmic Package) - 4:00 pm
Jan. 27th - Sci-Fi Dine In Theater - 7:00 pm
Jan. 28th - Hoop Dee Doo Review - 6:15 pm
Jan. 29th - Ohana - 5:25 pm
Jan. 30th - Garden Grill - 5:55 pm
Jan. 31st - 1900 Park Fare - 6:00 pm

I think a lot depends on what characters you want to meet. For me, I would change Ohana just because I'm not into Lilo & Stitch.

Same thing for Chef Mickey's, if you like Pooh Bear and friends more than Mickey and friends then you should keep the Crystal Palace. Or if just seeing Mickey is enough, you could see him at his meet/greet at Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom and keep your ressie at Crystal Palace.

I haven't posted on here much but I've been to Disney over 100 times. Do you know which characters will be at each restaurant location?

Oops, guess I should have read your post more carefully. Just noticed you didn't want to cancel but change to breakfast. Crystal Palace and Ohana have really good breakfasts. If you can get into Crystal Palace at a good time, that is my pick. I like going before the park opens because you get into the park early. You can't ride any rides but it's neat to be in there when no one else is. If you can time it where you are finishing up breakfast about the time the park opens, then that is even better!

In my personal opinion, I would not change ohana from dinner to breakfast unless you really want to meet lilo and stich. The evening buffett at ohana is not a character meal but it is a must do for our family every trip. Couldn't imagine a vacation not eating at ohana for dinner!
