Please confirm location of hitchhiking ghost magic shot

We are attending the party tonight. I'm catching up on tips during the drive down. I've read on the boards that the hitchhiking ghosts are by the Splash exit, yet on the Kenny the Pirate review, he says between Pan and Liberty Square. This is the "must have" shot for my son. Has anyone been recently who can verify the location??

Yes, it's by the Splash exit. It used to be in the other location, but this year it changed.

Kenny posted last night on facebook that it was at the Woody and Jessie meet and greet area near splash and the cauldron shot on main street around. parade times
