Ack! Winter needs to go away! Spring officially starts next week. Here's to warmer days ahead to melt all of that friggin white stuff!

The snow here is just "starting" to fall. Should be lovely in the morning..

Did I mention my DS will be 11 this Sunday , and I have a gang of tween boys sleeping over tomorrow..What will I do, make them shovel if they get annoying ...

I hear ya'. Our wintery mess is about 10" but now we're getting a sleet storm, which is far worse to drive on. Ooooo, just heard the weather forecast and they're saying that in addition to the ice tonight and tomorrow, we also have a chance of flooding.

The Boston area is a mess!! The weather is really getting in the way... my daughter made the northeastern district chorus and was scheduled for a rehearsal today and performance tomorrow. Needless to say, the rehearsal for today has been cancelled but they've also cancelled the performance for tomorrow and moved it to sunday. This creates another conflict for her because she was scheduled to do a Boston Childrens Chorus performance on Sunday, so now she'll probably end up skipping that and doing the District thing instead. Its bothersome because we had it worked out so she'd be able to do both!

WHY, WHY, WHY IS IT THAT EVERYTIME WE'VE GOTTEN HIT WITH A BIG SNOWSTORM THIS WINTER, MY HUSBAND IS IN FLORIDA ON A BUSINESS TRIP?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

It started snowing this evening. We have about five inches of snow on the ground, and the weatherman just said that the heavier snow will come down in the next four or five hours. We're expecting well over a foot of snow by mid-morning tomorrow.

I am going to hybernate in the house. I will NOT shovel the driveway. I will NOT shovel the walkway. I absolutely REFUSE to get the snowblower out. I HATE that thing!!!!!!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! And we were just starting to see bare patches of ground. Anybody want to buy a house in Maine? I know one that is quickly going up for sale!

Unfortunately, yes.

If dh knows it's going to snow, he'll eat beans or something else that will make him gassy.

I guess other than peeing in the snow, and hit mailboxes, they need something else to do.

I work in a nearby hospital and I ended up staying here for the overnight shift as well because it was too bad out.
