We booked Sejours et Affaires for three nights at beginning of december - to do one day at disney and two for Paris xmas markets.
On arrival there was no passport check, and the reception staff totally offhand. Got our names wrong and assumed we were only staying one night.
The 'room' was filthy. The wardrobe had no doors yet the runners were in place on dirty floor and ceiling ? The shelves had no edging (bare chipboard) and the bathroom had not been cleaned as there was still muck in the shower and the toilet had not been flushed. Walls were cracked and holed. None of the TV/Kettle worked and everywhere had a layer of grime. We have uploaded photos to tripadvisor etc.
The whole building reeked of cooking (fish I think), various door locks were smashed, and the main doors stayed open all night. At several points during the night someone tried our door handle !
Managed to get rooms at the Relais Spa (lovely as usual) so trip wasn't ruined. We have complained to booking.com who have our photos, and are arranging a full refund and apologyy from the management.
