How many rooms can you book with an annual pass? Is it only 1 room per pass?
Thanks!!

Update:
I called RPR and they've allowed us to use the APH rate for both rooms since one is for the kids!!! Ya'll have come through for me again-Thank-you!!! :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship:

How many rooms are you needing? I know you can book 2 rooms with one AAA.

Last July RPH said I could book 2 rooms with the AP because the second room had my children in it. I asked to have that in writing and I received a letter from the manager. This letter also guaranteed that the rooms would be connecting but when I got there they did not have 2 connecting rooms - at all! What a hassle. They gave me rooms in different towers. That was not acceptable (although the kids thought it was a good idea.) We finally got rooms near each other. What really bothered me was that with all the runaround they gave me I could not get a manager to call me - at all - for 5 nights!

Once I could not get a manager to call me either so I headed downstairs to the front desk and requested to see the Mgr.on duty. He came right out and addressed my problems, corrected them the best he could (hotel was sold out). After returning to my room5 minutes later he phoned to make sure all was OK and to give us his # should we need anything. I was very impressed with how matters were handled. Not to mention he charged us 1/2 the room rate each night.

My take on this is I would have no idea if that message was being handled properly and I like face to face. 5 days of trying you must have had to pass that area at some point would have been your best bet. Now though, write a letter and state it all dates times names problem and a copy of that original letter. RPR has outstanding customer service and I would be shocked if after hearing from you they didnt make it right.

I need 2 adjoining rooms-1 for DH and me and the other for my DD(12) and her friend.

Over the years I have seen this answered yes you need 2 and no you dont need 2. I would call have them pull up your reservation ask the question and make sure they know the other room is for your children, If they say yes one pass is OK get it on the reservation and have a copy sent to you along with the persons name that you spoke with. I have also read about being asked to pay the difference for the second room when only one AP was shown.

I hope this goes your way and think it should. Good Luck!

I stood at the front desk for an hour trying to get it straightened out. We were not going to let it ruin our trip so we just made do. We did call the manager every day just to see if we could get any help, any response - nothing. It turned into a joke. I would not rate the RPH high on service at all.
That's not to say I wouldn't go again if the rate is low enough. You can't beat that FOTL.
ps. check your bill for the parking fee. I was charged for a car for each room and my sister was charged a parking fee for her room even though she did not have a car.
