And now a quick question from me- genuine question here- I'm from the UK and cant imagine ever in a million years being able to take a course on WDW at Uni (unless it was discussing the business model behind it or as part of a film or stage course)- is this course part of a vocational degree? Like are you studying one main thing and this is just an added bonus of an excellent course that gives you credit? Sorry if that question sounds dumb I'm just curious as really this sounds like the best class ever!

I am also a UK university student , I did do one week on one of my courses about Disney. It was in my American Studies elective, and we debated the difference between 'Disney-fication' and 'Americanisation'. But I would love a whole Disney course! (doesn't fit in well with a history degree though)

As not to be repetitive...I'm taking it for the same honors-humanities credit but what I have found so interesting is that people hire Disney to teach their company about customer service. I am a Medical Science major but customer service can come in so many different forms and the way that Disney employees make each person get that 'magical' experience is incredible and an aspect that I think everyone should learn about.

Also learning good customer service in the medical field will reduce your chances of being sued...Let's face it, people don't sue people they like

Italy! In addition, I'm looking forward to the new pizzeria by the Patina Group which should be opening at the Italy pavilion later this year.

China (counter service) for the egg rolls. However, lately I found the egg rolls at Yak and Yeti’s in AK better.

Okay, so I finally was allowed access to this thread. ( I think Dave was just trying to be mean and keep me from talking to everyone ha.. )

But time for the serious questions.

If I wanted to go on the coolest ride in WDW... Where would I start?
Where's the best place to eat at EPCOT, seeing as it has about 4956 different eateries and venues.

And this being a college class, is it totally unheard of to have a place where college aged kids like to go to? Not saying that the "its a small world" ride isn't thrilling (since I plan on going on it about 9 times ) , but just wondering if older students like a certain park better or something along those lines.

Oh... and my name is Jordan. I'm in the WDW class. (That's our class, we're great at teamwork.

To be honest, I'd really like to learn a lot of the kinda dark past of Disney World. Which will probably be hard, but I think it would be nice to know some of the truths about the history - surely it can't all be magical dreams and fairy dust.

I'd say the coolest ride would have to be the Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Excellent theming and effects combined with a random sequence of 13 story drops all faster than gravity make for an awesome experience.

Jordan, I would suggest Soarin at Epcot. The foodcourt in the Land is pretty good or Biergarden in Germany.
