we go frequently for kids spring break in the middle of march. today is the 1st date to book for March 15th, and the non home resorts have a great deal of inventory across all room categories.

This is the 1st time as members booking for the March trip. We did our home resort (copper creek) at 11 months as a contingency plan, and have now switched to (beach club) something more epcot focused.

All is well.

More expensive times, point wise always tend to have much better availability. Its really fairly easy to get wherever you want
(at 7 months) in july for example.

However, if you are looking for october to december. Forget it! You'll be in your home resort in all likelihood.

Which is why, we followed good advice to book where we like to stay.
