Plaza Restaurant - sit down?

Is the Plaza Restaurant at the MK a sit-down restaurant or cafeteria/fast food style? The menu looks interesting, but we're looking for a quick place to eat.

It's a lovely little sit down restaurant with fast service.

The much larger Plaza Pavillion is fast food.
