Plaza Restaurant on MNSSHP?

Does anyone know if the Plaza will be open on the evenings of MNSSHP? What other eating options will be available before 7 (besides LTT, CP, Tony's and the Castle)? We are thinking we want a lighter meal that evening! ANy suggestions?

We did the Plaza early once before MVMCP. We just walked up and were seated before the park closed for the day and before the party started. I would bet they are open for regular park hours for MNSSHP. Just get the lastest PS you can.
