Plaza restaurant for lunch, ugh!

Reservation for 12:15. At 12:45 we weren't seated yet. We pled at the front desk and finally we're given a seat. We placed our order at 1pm. Currently there are 8 tables empty with a bunch of people outside waiting. We are a party of six. Doesn't seem that hard to do burgers and fries more efficiently.

Food came out at 1:20. It was well done. Service was fine once we got in. Seemed to be some issue getting the info out to the front.

A half an hour is a bit long to wait, but it isn't outside of the norm. Try and remember your ADR does not guarantee you will be seated at that exact time, but at the next table they have for your party size. With those empty tables it sounds like they are having some sort of staffing issue.

And I'm sure you now know they do more than burgers and fries. Their meatloaf is very good, as are the garlic mashed potatoes that come with them.
