We have ressies at plaza on 11-11 at 4pm before MVMCP. Is this a good
value to use a table service credit for? it was the only one in the park, or in the monorail vicinity with availabliity. If not, we might just pay out of pocket or do a QS meal somewhere else in the park.

Thanks so much

If you're looking for maximum value for TS credit, then I would say that the Plaza is not the place for you...having said that, I will tell you that the Plaza is one of our favorite places to go when paying OOP. They have great burgers and milkshakes, it's a quiet place to sit and eat inside, and we have always had great service there. The only reason that we are not dining there on our next trip is because we decided to try the dining plan, and are not paying OOP...
My kids were very disappointed that we were not going to the Plaza on this trip! :goodvibes

The Plaza is not the best use of a TS credit if you rate "Value" as equal to "cost". It is not as expensive as many other TS restaurants and it is mainly burgers and sandwiches, not full meals.
That said, we have eaten at the Plaza and found it to be wonderful. The food was very good and the atmosphere is very nice. It is certainly a cut above a CS meal, In my opinion.
Have a Great Trip

I don't look at the "most value" for a table service. I look at what food I enjoy and that I will be happy with my meal. We love the Plaza--we have never had a bad meal or bad services. Yes, it is only a sandwich place (with great shakes and even better desserts), but after all the "heavy" meals we eat on the dining plan, we enjoy a more simple meal. We could care less how much it costs.

Do you need ADR at the Plaza or can you sometimes walk up?

Before it became more well known, you could. I think now it depends on the day and time. The last two years we have been there in September during free dining, they were turning people away...both during the lunch hours and dinner hours.

I do not think this is your best value for a table service credit. It is not a bad restaurant by any means, but I'd rather eat somewhere else a bit "nicer" for my table service meal.

It definitely depends on when you are going...During Thanksgiving week last year, they were turning people away with no availability. It is relatively small inside, so I would make a reservation.
