Plaza Pavillion "off limits" for wishes?

Read somewhere that the Plaza Pavillion was where the Fall Fantasy package People were to get a special viewing place......do they rope it off completely?

We will be there in October and love to watch from that very spot.

Does anyone know if this is true? We havent seen Wishes yet, is that a good spot?

Normally the area below the Pavillion (the patio smoking area) is roped off. Be aware that the CM's wait to the last minute to get non VIP's out of there, so alot of people think it is open. We used to view FITS from the pavillion until we found a primo spot for Wishes. If you do decide to go there make sure to bring your chair all the way up to the railing, so that no one can stand in front of you. I hated exiting that area, we would wait for the crowd to thin out before leaving.
