Does Plaza Inn take ADR's for lunch and/or dinner? Is it necessary to make ADR's?

No, I don't think they require or take ADR/PSs, for lunch or dinner.

You can only get ADRs at sitdown restaurants. The Plaza Inn is a buffet of sorts.

The Plaza Inn does take PS Ressies for the Minnie's character breakfast. After that, it's a counter service restaurant and does not offer PS.
