Plaza Inn Fried Chicken

Disneyland Recipe help? I am looking all over for the Plaza Inn Fried Chicken recipe. Help me! I cannot even find a copycat recipe that looks right. Has anyone ever gotten the recipes from City Hall? Also, as an aside, which recipes from any of the parks or resorts do you use on repeat ... or am I the only weird one? Thanks!
