looking to make reservations for the Minnie and Friends breakfast at plaza inn for Saturday, December 13th. last year, during the same weekend, the park opened at 8am. But there are reservations available that morning for plaza inn starting at 7:10am. Can you get into the park if you have reservations before the park opens?

Yes on Early Entry days you can get a restaurant ressie during that hour even if you don't have EE perks.

You go to the first entry gate. There will be a sign indicating to use that gate for the Minnie and Friends breakfast. A CM with a clipboard will look your name up on the reservation list and check you off. The CM at the turnstile will scan your tickets and let you in. After that it's the honor system; you are expected to head to the restaurant for your reservation. Nowadays they do charge a $10 per person no-show fee for all reservations (not just Minnie and Friends), so I suppose that will be a bit of a discouragement for some who might consider ditching their reservation and playing in the park.

...it's been a couple of years since, we've been to DL. I was looking on the DL website and maybe I missed it before, but I notice you can now make ressies online. So if I make a 7:30am ressie for the Plaza Inn for Saturday, is it assumed that it'll be the Breakfast with Minnie and Friends buffet?
