Plaza Inn dining question

I called today to get the updated seasonal pricing for the character meals, and was told the price of 30.44 for adults and 15.21 for children at the Plaza Inn does not include tax and gratuity..I thought that was kind of odd, since previous trips we ate at character meals Goofy's Kitchen and Ariel's grotto and those restaurants include it in the pricing...

Anyone know if they add the gratuity on the bill or do you set the gratuity amount?

At Minnie's I recall them just putting the price in the register as is and tip was included. Last trip we used GAT vouchers which included tax and tip.They do offer a AAA discount.
