Plaza Inn Breakfast - no ADR

does anyone have experience with walk ups at the Plaza Inn for breakfast? We’re there 2/7-2/10 and there are no ADRs available. Thanks!

I think they do take walk-ups. But they will probably have you sit outside. I think they save the inside rooms for ADRs.

I have seen them take walk-ups even on a busy day. I would check when you get into the park and maybe at different times throughout the morning. I think it was after 9:30 am and there was a line of walk-ups, but people were getting seated.

I always assumed if there were no ADRs that meant they were booked. So I wouldn't expect to be able to get a seating.

I would keep checking, especially closer to your dates as other folks cancel. Also, you could try splitting your party, trying a group of 2 and a group of four.

I got a 10:30 reservation two days before our visit. I just kept checking.

Ever since DLR implemented the penalty fee for no shows, cancellations have been much easier to find. Agree with the advice to keep looking on a daily basis (even several times a day). We even got reservations for the Holiday Afternoon Tea on NYE by grabbing a cancellation! Pixie dust happens!

We've just walked up during summer time and gotten in without a problem. The line was for taking pictures but we didn't want that so we just went right on inside.
