So which is it??

Many sources say they have items that qualify for DDP snack credit. But, on WDW site it says Dining Plans Not Accepted. My search leads me to a debate on the subject...

Who is right?

We've used the DDP there before with no problems. Looking at the all ears website menu it shows what is available for snack credits and says it was updated in July so I feel pretty comfortable saying they have accurate info there.

It will say that even if the establishment accepts only snack credits. What they actually mean is that no MEAL credits are accepted.

Both are correct but the WDW site is confusing. When they say "no dining plans accepted'", they mean you cannot redeem meal credits, ie, QS or TS. This is considered separate from snack credits which are definitely available at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. Other places in MK that say they don't accept dining plans but do redeem snack credits include Aloha Isle, Sleepy Hollow, Cheshire Cafe, etc.
