For a Plaza AdR, will they allow you to sit at an outside table?

The tables across the sidewalk are not for the Plaza; typically, people park at them with ice cream, Starbucks, or Casey's (when it was open).

Plaza is indoor only.

In the past , we loved it.
Our last trip in 2019, the burgers were so greasy, the bun was not edible (seriously totally soaked in grease).
Not the same place it used to be.
maybe its better now.
