playhouse disney exit causion

hi all,

just wanted to post this, we went to see playhouse disney sat morn for one last time b4 we left for home. the show is excellent and my girls luved it. but as you exit the attraction there is steel swinging gates so if you let go it will go flying back. just ahead of us there was a mum and her son who unfortunatly let go of the gate and it went flying back and hit a poor little girl in the face, the screams out of the poor thing were awful she will be going home with an unwanted presant a big lump on her head so everyone be carefull leaving it.

Oh my - I would never think of letting a gate go when people are behind me. I was always brought up to hold a door etc for someone behind me if they are close - ahem, I think some people are unfortunately not of this upbringing. A few times in DLRP (mostly in the DLH I have to say), I had a door almost shut in my face by someone in front of me

i know!! i always hold doors for people even if there a couple of yards away. what made it worse is mum blamed the child for letting go anyway the poor girl wasnt seriously hurt but she prob has a great big lump and a sore head, she was about 7/8 but if she was younger it would prob hav knocked her out. anyway i just wanted you all to be aware of the dangerous gates!!!
