Play Disney Parks App

My ds's phone is not letting him log onto the app. It's really weird! He can log into his mde on his phone and I can log into the app, using his details, on my phone. Anyone else got this problem?

I had the problem at first then later I tried to go on and it worked.

Do you have to be at the parks to get past the title screen? We're only 6 days from our trip but I wanted to take a peek at the app and it hasn't gone past the blue screen with the Play Disney Parks logo.

Edit: Oh, I see it's actually launching tomorrow, missed that!

We used it in MK today. It's cute. We played the trivia game while waiting in Jungle Cruise FP+ queue (it was an unusually long wait). We stink at trivia...5 out of 10. Mostly because a lot of it was about the Tiki Room, which we've only done a few times.

My daughter tried to play Phineas and Ferb on it at Epcot and it froze and restarted constantly. She never could complete a country on it. We didn’t even open it at MK today
