Has anyone done this breakfast? I am not expecting a gourmet meal.. but I was hoping to hear others experiences. I think my son will really enjoy it.

Typical buffet breakfast. When we were there in June, the only characters were Jojo and Goliath. No Little Einsteins. I don't know if this is the norm for breakfast, but there is also a character lunch at this location.

We went in May of this year. I have to tell you we loved it. It was not crowed, the food was pretty good, the characters were GREAT!! we got June, Leo, Jojo and Goliath. They spent a lot of time at the table. They danced with the kids. The food was better than I thought it was goign to be...We are going back again in Sept. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

We went Dec 07 and my DD3 and DD1 loved it!! We did lunch and I remember
the food being pretty good however there is so much going on I don't
even recall. Alot of character interaction with singing and dancing and if your son likes Playhouse Disney this one should not be missed! We are going to try a late breakfast here next year.

I took my son to Disney for a "Boys Only" trip last October and we did the Play 'n Dine breakfast.

He had such a good time (He was 3) we put it on our "must do list" and made reservations for it again on our upcoming trip next month.

Unlike the other poster, we did have Leo and June (no Annie or Quincy) from LE, in addtion to JoJo and Goliath. Each of the characters makes there way around the restaurant so by the time you are done with your meal, all will have visited your table for photo ops. If you are up at the buffett when they come by they will come back (just tell a CM to make sure) :thumbsup2 .

About every 20 minutes or so, all the kids also get to go out onto the "dance floor" (middle of restaurant) and dance  with the charaters and CM's to Playhouse Disney music. I got some great pics, and this time we're doing it as a family so DW can see the enjoyment on our sons face.

I thought the food was acutally pretty good for a breakfast buffett as there was a carving station and omelette station in addition to the typical "pancakes, eggs and sausage" chaffing dishes.

On that same trip we went to Donald's Breakfastasouras and Chef Mickey's (for dinner). I thought the character interaction was much better at Play 'N Dine, that's why were doing that one again. We're also trying out Crystal Palace with Pooh this time which I heard is great (but how can it not be overlooking the MK!!!).

Hope that helps in your decision.

We did play n Dine last February and really had a blast! We thought the food was really good, even my husband who is very picky. We had great character interaction too.
