Platinum Port Arrival Time - Galveston

We are finally Platinum and are sailing out of Galveston next month. For those platinum members who have sailed recently out of here, what is the earliest PAT and do you also get a boarding group? We sailed out of Miami recently and had no boarding group - just PAT time. Once we were cleared with the Covid tests, we were allowed to board.... Thank you!
