You have choice of the bottle of wine, truffles, or fruit bowl. I'm not sure there's an alternative to the wine.

Once onboard. We had to go to Guest Services and tell them. But I've read that others just let their room host know what they wanted. I guess it may vary.

I know we were gifted once with a bottle of sparkling cider that came from a cast member. I am hoping this can be an option.

We either get a phone call to ask which we want or our stateroom host will ask.
