In case anyone is awake, Platinum CC booking is available as of around 6am Central (7am Eastern) today (8/26). I knew it could be early, but I wasn't expecting a full hour early! Good luck everyone!

Interesting. Is that by phone or online? I don't seem to be able to access bookings online.

Online. Try logging into your Castaway Club page and then go to make the reservation!

Nope, nothing. I still have a greyed out "Coming soon" for the April '27 cruise I want to book. It clearly says I am Platinum on the club page. Maybe DCL does not like me . . . .

This is happening to me, too. The new cruises are still greyed out. I have three bars that appear when it says trying to find a cruise. Is this a queue?

No, I was able to search for cruises without issue. Sometimes if there is an issue with the account for Castaway Club and Disney not being exactly the same, they don’t recognize you. Try calling.

I am greyed out too. I was able to book a cabin via chat but they chose and could not give me different prices. Been o hold for over an hour in the phone.

You can also try to pull up your current or past cruises and see if that triggers it.

2 hours 8 minutes and got an agent. It has been a long time since I've done this, that is a good thing. If online booking worked that would be fantastic.

So, I called in to DCL and asked about the early booking issue. Seems that there were some glitches in my account. The agent said if the information does not perfectly match across all Disney accounts it will not let you do the early booking. It is fixed now. Appreciate this board since I would never have known it was even possible to book a cruise early online without it.

Yes, for me it was the birthdate. At some point I had not added a birthdate and it was set to 1/1/1900. But DCL had the correct one and that caused issues.

Hopefully online booking works for you the next time!
