Plastic straws

Hi, are plastic straws allowed to be brought into the parks? (not asking about Animal Kingdom because I think all straws are banned due to the animal safety). I'm not looking for a debate on the issue or other options I just want to know if they'll be confiscated on the way in during the security check. thank you

I haven't had any taken yet! The paper straws *melt* and are gross.

Thanks! I have a few plastic straws tucked in my bag, as well as some reusable ones. Paper straws very quickly spoil a drink for me. Hated straws as a kid, when that was all we had.

I have not brought any into AK. I know they don't allow them for the animals safety.
