plastic popcorn boxes

does anyone know where I can get those larger plastic popcorn boxes for cheap? Lillian vernon sells them for around $8 a peice and places like Bed bath and Beyond and Linens and Things sell them for $16 ( filled with 2 candy bars, a small box of micro pocorn and a box of crunch and munch) I know someplace had them for really cheap and target supopsedly had the smaller ones but I cant find them anywhere else!

We bought 6 from Target last year in their dollar bins to add to the "Movie Nite" gifts we gave family for the holidays last year - A DVD, Microwave popcorn, candy, and popcorn bowl. We added the boxes at the last moment after first seeing them, and they were a big hit!

Are you using them for a gift basket? If so, you could buy the microwave popcorn tub that is sold at Blockbuster or Hollywood Video and add all of your items to the tub and wrap it up with cellaphane. Their tubs are less than $2.00.

Yeah they are going to be gift baskets for "family" gifts...I am going to put in popcorn, candy, and gift cards and a movie...

have you checked your local party stores - this is popular theme! I know I got smaller ones for DD's b'day...not sure about larger....

just checked online: Birthday express has what they call extra wide (9" W x 7" H)for $3.49....might be easier to load with goodies

I have got them at Target and Christmas Tree shop. Target had them in the dollar section not too long ago so they may be on clearance by now.

Just saw them today in Big Lots but that was in New Jersey. Don't know if you have that store near you. That had 2 plastic popcorn boxes, popcorn, 2 plastic soda glasses and popcorn salt in a gift set for $10. Thought it was a cute gift.
