Plans for Valentines Day?

I'm making homemade ravioli for the entire family. We'll ALL have a nice quiet dinner at home.

Well my day starts at 6:30 AM when my Recruitment counselors for Sorority recruitment wake me up to make my decisions for the day.
Then my boyfriend is coming to spend the "day" with me since it is Valentine's Day so we'll hang out for a bit.
Then at 4:30 i get my event schedule for 2nd round of recruitment.
At 4:45 my long night begins and I am off to my first house.

At 11 PM I will return to my room where I will crawl into bed and prepare to be woken up at 5:30 AM sunday to get my invitation cards for Pref. Round.

Oh! Good luck!!! ::yes:: I miss the college days...

Any certain sorority you are hoping for?

Well I have only visited 3 so far and then i visit the 4 remaining ones tonight.
Of the 3 I have visited I really really liked Delta Gamma and Delta Zeta. Of the 4 I haven't visited I really like Alpha Chi Omega.

I'm a little biased, but Alpha Chi is the way to go! ;) It all started at your school...

Regardless, have a blast and enjoy your college days! :teeth:

I'm going out to dinner and either karaoke or a movie with DBF

Im going to Disney World!!:jumping1:

We will have a romantic (LOL) dinner at the Yahtsman with 2 DS's!

We (DH and I and our 3 DDs) are going out to our favorite Japanese restuarant for dinner. The girls love it and have been begging to go, so I decided we'd take them for Valentine's Day. I think I am going to get each of them a rose and maybe a small present. :D . I just got back from buying DH's present to me - he got me a sexy black top to wear out Saturday night :teeth:

Nothing too special planned for Valentine's day as we are going to Venice to Carnevale on Sunday. On Valentine's day we will have a nice family day and then I will make a special dinner. I got DH a card and a huge heart shaped box of chocolates. For DS we got The Lion King 1-1/2 DVD, a small box of chocolates and a book. What I hope to get....flowers and my car detailed and cards from my two favorite boys.

Same thing as my 50th birthday last month...... not much. I have gifts for the family, though.

Too much going on with kid's schedules to get out for dinner with DH.

My mom will watch the kids while DH and I go to dinner and a movie.:sunny:

WHAAAAA no plans here :( :(

Darn kids! They stole all my romance

Not too much. DH asked me tonight....."do we celebrate Valentines Day?" :teeth: I got him and the kids a card and some candy and we'll probably order some take out, that's about it.

DH has to work, I have to go to the Doctor's, (yes on a Saturday) I need surgery on my elbow......... ouch, scared to death. So tired both of us are with moving into new house and getting settled. We plan on going out for Breakfast before DH has to go to work on Sunday. However if it is going to be Artic temps again, I think we might just wait and go out in a few weeks.... But I did get DH a nice card and some candy.. :earseek:

My DH is thousands of miles away on a biz trip so I am home with the kids. He sent me flowers that arrived today. :( :lovestruc

Valentine's Day was today for me ~ well not exactly for me but BY me. I delivered flowers for my cousin (she is the local florist) for 4 hours ~ non stop running all over our area. It was cold and the flowers had to be covered so they wouldn't be damaged. Then I changed into my Super Grandma attire and helped Isabella's teacher with the Kindergarten class party. They made heart pizzas from biscuit dough, then while the kids were at gym class we decorated the classroom and set up the party. Finally I helped corral a room full of sugar powered 5 and 6 year olds until the end of the day......... I'm glad Valentine's Day only comes once a year, I couldn't take it more often.

But did return home to find that hubby had secretly ordered flowers from my cousin for both Isabella and me! That was lovely. :teeth:
