So I went through and designed these plans that would work - I used past experience during spring break (mid-march 03) that i thought would be comparable to the week before/weekend of labor day. But now I'm worried that the crowds will make the plans hard to complete; so, I'm considering changing my plans. Basically, I'm wondering if I shouldn't just have myself and DGF go through and do everything we WANT to before it gets really crowded over labor day weekend, and then just doing whatever else on that weekend. Does that make sense to anyone? Bad idea/good idea?

That's what I would do and is exactly what we are going to do, as our trip overlaps toward the end the beginning of Jersey Week, Soap Opera Weekend, and Veterans Day.

i'm worried about what it does to our ADRs though. what is jersey week, btw - i keep seeing it referenced but haven't seen an explanation (sp).

We did that during Spring Break this year. We didn't go on everything, but we did experience all of our "must-do's" and most of our "want-to-do's". Ordering things this way made us relax more and made it possible for us to take afternoon breaks in the pool without feeling like we were really missing out on something important!
