Okay I was inspired by another thread that I just read....Anyone else going on 12/3-11/2011, I am curious to see your park plans. I am so confused between TP and EasyWDW. PLEASE HELP someone, I am traveling with a group of 26 and while we will not stay together the ENTIRE time, we will go to the same parks together and I have been ordained the "expert" soooo I am reaching out to my DIS buddies HEELLLPPPP!!!!:grouphug:

I'm following the other thread also. Came up with this plan based on suggestions from that.

12/5- Arrival day, getting in at 5 p.m. just going to go out to dinner. DTD? Any suggestions?
12/6- MK
12/7- HS
12/8- AK
12/9- MK (MVMCP)
12/10-Relax day
12/11-Epcot
12/12-leaving

We're Disney noobs, so any critiques are definetly welcome.

We will be there from 12/3 through 12/11. However, our family is also going so there will be 12 of us. It is so difficult to make secure plans outside of a few dining choices. We will probably do the late nighter at MK the first night, but who knows for the rest of the trip. I love to just have the freedom to make choices while we are there. I know that many others don't agree, but I run a business and have to be structured everyday. The luxury of just running by the seat of our pants is nice too.

We're arriving on 12/3, but you might not like our plans. Having never been to WDW other than August, we are planning on just wingin it. Of course, this is how we always do it. We do have ADRs for each evening, but that is it. Good luck.

you should check out the parade - and work around that - if you want to see it or avoid it

We'll be there 12/3 - 12/11 as well.

Our strategy with crowd levels in ():

Sat 12/3: Epcot (3.9)
Sun 12/4: MK (1,1)
Mon 12/5: Epcot (1.6) then late afternoon to HS (3.4) for Fantasmic and Osborne Lights
Tue 12/6: AK (1.1) then mid afternoon to MK (1.1)
Wed 12/7: Mk (1.1) then Epcot (2.8) in late afternoon/evening
Thu 12/8: HS (1.1) then Epcot late afternoon/evening
Fri: MK (1.1) all day
Sat: Epcot (3.0) then MK (4.8) late afternoon for parade and Wishes
Sun: MK (1.1) until 1pm.

We are going to be there from November 27th to December 9th. I'm actually getting married there so my schedule is a little different but check it out in my planning journal its on page 7 or 8 I think. I have been too many times so I am getting perfect about my itineraries!

Good luck

I am guessing you used TP?? I like your schedule. My original that I lost was similar to yours. I have never been to WDW but I was scared that it seemed scattered jumping from parks...What about seeing MEP at MK, isn't it only on 3 nights in our window?? AHHHHH this is going to drive me nuts :surfweb::surfweb::surfweb::surfweb:

I'm there 12/6-14. I just pick the best park/s for each day/night from Easy (also check TGM) and I am done. Maybe slight adjustments while meeting folks from here while there.

And best wishes, Ashley.

We'll be there 12/3 - 12/11 as well.

Fri: MK (1.1) all day
Sat: Epcot (3.0) then MK (4.8) late afternoon for parade and Wishes
Sun: MK (1.1) until 1pm.

We'll be there 12/1 to 12/8 and our plans for 12/3 - 12/7 are the same. We use TGM. We also have a res for one TS meal each day for the same park we are in, which for us cuts down on stress level and the meal -time crankies (I'm not just talking the kiddos either!)

Looks like a lot of us will be crossing paths in the parks! :)

I used a combo of TP, Easy. Most of the dates they sync up, although I think the AK hours screwed up TP's system even though the crowds won't change at that park with the extra hours increased across the board. Weird. Some of my evening plans depend on the weather (i.e. wishes night). Trying to still stay flexible, but at least I know what my good options are.

12-3: Arrival, Epcot to start - Epcot or HS at night
12-4: MK (AK as backup if parade taping rolls over into Sunday)
12-5: HS day, MK evening maybe
12-6: AK (MK backup day)
12-7: EP
12-8: HS (MK evening maybe)
12-9: MK?
12:10: Wide open, EP for dinner/evening

I will be there 12/2-12/6. Here's my only advice - use the crowd level numbers at easywdw.com rather than Touring Plans and you won't be in for a surprise. Last year we went a week later than this year (around 12/10). TP had days listed as 1s and 2s - no way! My guess is that the 4s and 5s on easywdw will be much more accurate. TP numbers had us believing that it would be a walk on everything and that was not the case, and we were there at rope drop every day. I don't want to be a downer, I just don't want people going with unreal expectations.

That said, we will do:

12/2 - arrival and HS around 4:00 for Star Tours and Osbourne Lights
12/3 - AK
12/4 - MK (or Epcot if the taping isn't done on 12/3)
12/5 - Epcot (or MK if we didn't go Sunday)

We are going December 3 through 10th. I used to be a big planner but my hubby has converted me to the "dark side" of just being spontaneous with most vacationing. We hae a 2 year old and 4 year old and I'll probably consult the easy wdw suggestions, but other than that no concrete plans. We are staying offsite in a Windsor Hills condo so we'll do most meals off site. With 2 small kids, flexibility is key for us! We went last year and same plan, just go with the flow.

I am celebrating my birthday on Friday, December 9th though (that's planned, ha ha) :bday:

I really want a "little" bit of organization. My OCD will not allow m to go completely to the "dark side". My husband says relax it's just vacation. I say "How can I relax at a time like this??" Good point though about the crowd expectations on TP and Easy. It is really a crap shoot I guess :confused3 Well I think the best is to plan then be flexible while there. We can check current lines and hop if neccesary. But even at 4-5 that is still not awful

We will be there december 1 - 6, here's our schedule:
December 1st
Arrive @ 3, check-in
Boat to hs for coasters and lights
Bus to ft. Wilderness for hoop-de-dooo

December 2nd
Mk early for crt reservation
Morning in mk
Monorail to epcot for le cellier dinner @ 4
Evening at epcot
Wak back to resort

December 3rd
Hs for emh rope drop
Lunch at sci-fi
Boat to epcot for cp package at garden grill
8:15 show for cp, the espn zone for big 10 championship

December 4th
Epcot rope drop
Pool in the afternoon
Flying fish for dinner
Mvmcp

December 5th
Ak for rope drop (guys golf)
Mk for dinner @ 4
Contemporary for fireworks cruise

I am not a follower of the avoid emh rule. We don't go all day, but we do utilize the emh, especially the am ones. Works for us :)

We will be there those dates and also at WH. I have 2 dd's who are 8 and 11. We will 4 days of parks with MVMCP on the 4th.
