Planning video?

Are there any plans that a video will be made for the 50th anniversary? I just checked Disney's website and didn't find any info.

We will be there for 3 days in August before our Panama Canal cruise.

Also, what passes should we get?
We are arriving at the airport late morning, early afternoon on a Wednesday and leaving early Saturday morning. We will have our 2 yo DD with us. She will be 3 the following month. I can't decide if we need a 2 day or 3 day park hopper. I want to take in as much as we can since we have never been before, but don't want to wear DD out.

I would deffiently go with 3 days. That way you can take breaks and go at your DD pace without worrying about missing out.

As to the video, I believe they do plan on putting one out but right now they do not have one. I am guessing they are waiting until more of the refurbishments are complete.

I wrote an email to disneyland and asked about a video, they haven't responded and that was about a month ago....

I also emailed Disney about a planning video for Disneyland. The reply I received said that they do not have a video at this time and were not sure if they would have one in the future. This was about 1 month ago. I am also going down in August for a couple of days before the Repo cruise

I just received the WDW planning dvd. It has a small section about Disneyland.

I was really hoping they would have a planning video so we could have another memory of our 1st rip to DL.

I do think we will go with the 3 day park hopper.
