Planning video/CD

Months ago I ordered a planning video. The video was defective and almost broke my VCR. I've heard about folks getting a planning DVD. The Disney website says "Order a video or CD-rom", but after you fill in the info it doesn't ask you which you want. How do you get a DVD?

I got both the DVD and the VCR tape. All I did was check the DVD box. The DVD has extra info on certain rides & attractions ,as well as an interactive map. I love the DVD. I highly recommend it.

The DVD option isn't always available. They likely run out.

There was no box to check....I just filled out the contact info and clicked on submit....I looked and looked for a place where it gave me an option of what format, but it wasn't there. I hope I don't get another defective video!

Hey, don't feel bad, I can't get a DVD here in Canada, just the video. And whenever I try to login to the page, it tells me my username/password doesn't exist, when I know it does, so I keep having to make new ones!!!

I could only get the video also, when I ordered online, there wasn't any option. But a guy I work with (who's down there now with his family, the lucky stiff!) said he called the 1 407 wdisney number, to order the DVD. Since his family was done with it, he gave it to me before he left. It's pretty much the same as the video, just has the interactive map of the resorts. So now I have two planners, and yet I'm wondering too when the 2004 video will be out!
