I can't believe it! On Thursday I will be leaving for WDW to meet with my wedding coorditer(sp?). We are meeting at 8:30am on Friday and going to the Living Seas first to check it out. Then back to planning. Our wedding is June 15, 2006 at the wedding pavillion with our reception at the Living Seas.

So here is my questions. Are there any last minute things I should do before I go? What should I expect? and is there anything I should request or ask while I am down there.

My DW2B & I wrote down every question we wanted to ask. If I remember correctly we wrote down 15 questions. Any how as we were been explained everything we came up w/ more questions. So remember ask away anything you want. Good luck in your trip & have fun

Thanks for the replys so far. That is a great idea to make a list of the questions we want to ask.

We are doing a cake testing, I think at least, they said we were.

what about a food tasting? Did you request that you go to the site or do the yjust do that? I never went for a site visit, hmmm...

Take pictures of the settings incase you want(or able) to personalize the docorations. Find out how the reception tables will be setup so you can plan your seatings.
Get some local maps, inside and outside the park, the directions can help out of town guests finding the WP. although it's just right between poly and GF...
check out any restaurants you might be going to in June. Make ADR if necessary.
and just enjoy your stay at WDW this weekend
